fit with a licensed physical therapist and certified ATP
We review your child's needs with you & coordinate
the appointment for you with the vendor & ATPÂ

for the best piece of equipment to meet your child's needs in their everyday environment
In-Home Clinical Evaluation
We prepare a written detailed document of recommendations & a LMN specifically for your
child & each piece of equipment needed in order
to submit to your child's insurance.
Documentation &
Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN)
We arrange the delivery with the vendor when the equipment is ready & we meet the vendor at your house to assist with set up, positioning & ensure everything is as we ordered
Coordination of Delivery & Set-up
We come back one more time after your child has
had time to use the equipment to ensure everything
is fitting well & no adjustments are needed

You won't face a denial alone
If your child’s equipment is denied, our support does not stop.
With your written permission, we will determine why it was denied, communicate with your insurance company, collaborate with your ATP and equipment vendor,
strengthen the supporting documentation, and prepare and submit one appeal.
**Approval CANNOT BE GUARANTEED **
But, your family will not have to navigate the first appeal alone.
One appeal is included in your evaluation package. If additional appeal
support or an external review is needed, available options and any
associated feeswill be discussed before further work begins.
